I train clients with varying levels of ability. This includes those who want to improve their level of fitness and make positive lifestyle changes. Others who have underlying medical conditions that lack confidence or need advice and guidance. In addition I have clients who already possess a high level of fitness and want to challenge themselves and reach personal goals. I make sure that the personal training each individual receives is tailored to suit their specific needs.
I have been training my whole life; in many different sports including swimming, athletics, boxing. I have gained a vast amount of different ways to condition myself and others.
I have trained with and under some of the best and most qualified instructors in the country, civilian and military, in the Royal Marine Commandos and with the fire service and have gained a vast amount of experience training people of all back grounds.
My professional life of 12 years has been spent in very physically-demanding jobs where I’ve had to maintain a professional standard of fitness; serving as a Royal Marine Commando and, in the last six years, as a professional fire-fighter and professional fitness instructor. In all roles I have made sure my physical fitness is second to none.
I take great joy in helping people from any level fitness to become fit & healthy, nothing pleases me more than seeing a client achieve their goals. I work very closely with my clients to make sure they get the most from their training.
